Key Responsibilities/Deliverables: 1. Responsible for Sales of Products of Retail Vertical in the assigned cluster 2. Assisting TSH in appointment of Distributor in the unrepresented geography 3. Improve the Area Wise Distribution/ Reach by appointing the retailer 4.
Strong networking with Builders, Architects, Consultants & Contractors for product approvals and project business, to get the approval of products in the tender specification of Pvt./ Govt.

Implementation of secondary Scheme to Retailer ,BTL activities for influencers like electrical contractors & electricians as per SOP Functional Competencies: 1:
Channel Management, Basic finance knowledge to understand/explain the ROI to distributors 2: Sales/Marketing/Business Development experience
Behavioral Competencies: 1. Good written & oral communication skills, Good Presentation Skills Interpersonal & social engagement skills 2. Ethical approach & High standard of Integrity, Capability to handle adequately work Pressure
