As a furniture company focused on projects and a smaller part on retail, we are looking for candidates that have prior experience in furniture, design or a related industry and have a fluent understanding of the furniture industry.
Key skills -
- Organised - Being organised is critical to your growth in this role, as the value of each transaction is high.
Personable - Outside of supplying high quality products, it is our relationships with our key clients is that will allow you to build a strong pipeline quarter on quarter
- Excel / Powerpoint - Reasonable skills to ensure the paperwork for every project or transaction is smooth and seamless. It is not complicated, but it is necessary.
- Multi-tasking - The reality of a business like Blue Loft, that is growing is - we sometimes need our team mates to take on new secondary tasks as part of their role, based on your interest and the needs of the business moving forward.
Outside of the above key skills - We're looking for candidates who are keen to grow over the coming 3 years in a quicker and more non linear manner. Blue Loft is on a path to grow over the coming years, and we need to ensure we have a team eager to do so as well.
CTC -
Fixed - INR 6.00 lakhs p.a.
Variable - Sales related incentive discussed in person
