Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced Area Retail Sales & Operations Manager for our retail outlets in the
state of Rajasthan.
The Area Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for achievement of sales target for all retail
outlets under his area of responsibility. His duties include creating and implementing sales &
operational processes, managing sales goals, projections, and processes, overseeing the store team,
inventory management, recruitment of store operation teams, regular audit of stocks & cash.
Qualifications
1. Graduate, MBA- Marketing preferred.
2. Must have 7-10 Years of experience in similar profile with a reputed Menswear garment brand
in the state of Rajasthan
3. Willing to travel for extended period
4. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
5. Able to work under pressure and close deadline.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
