Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to handle multi-brand business operations, pop-up events, export and domestic orders, and collection planning for Namrata Joshipura. The role involves coordination between design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of seasonal launches, events, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchandising & Sales
• Plan and execute seasonal launches — Spring/Summer, Fall, and Festive collections.
• Coordinate with Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) for order taking (outright & consignment).
• Prepare line sheets, look books, and pricing for domestic and international buyers.
• Track sales performance, inventory flow, and reorder management.
• Handle online uploads (content sheets, product details, imagery coordination).
2. Business Development
• Identify and approach new MBOs and pop-up opportunities.
• Plan and manage domestic & international pop-up events — from deposit coordination to stock planning and execution.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, PR agencies, and collaborators.
3. Production Coordination
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for new orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate between production and design teams for sampling and order fulfilment.
• Track collection readiness and ensure delivery timelines are met.
5. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports comparing sales performance to targets.
• Maintain data sheets for collection planning, MBO performance, and pop-up ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in designer or luxury retail industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Open to travel for events and exhibitions.
