Designation:Retail Sales Officer (Handling Walk-in Customer)

Salary: upto 3.60LPA

Location: Chennai and Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities –

 To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending it as per his needs and profile.

 To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision.

 To develop a clear understanding of Customer's latent needs proactively and suggest add-on products.

 Suggest (Link / Upsell) relevant accessories pertaining to the product chosen by the customer.

 To inform the customers about the finance options available.

 To inform the customers about the ongoing promotions/offers in the store.

 By abiding by the company's rules, policies, systems, and practices.

 By setting a high standard of attendance and punctuality.

 By effectively following the instructions of the seniors.

 By following the grooming standards and uniform policy.  By setting an example of a high standard of integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,934.68 - ₹29,648.90 per month
