Retail Sales Officer

As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing customer sales and service transactions

Processing high value transactions accurately and efficiently

Conducting and processing identity services transactions

Promoting our products and services through various channels

Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costs

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have experience in customer service and/or cash handling. You'll also need to be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift. We're committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free workplace for all employees.
