Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Manager to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
-SM duties and responsibilities include working closely with Sales Executives / customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions.
- You should also be able to promptly resolve Executives/customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- To be successful as a SM, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards.
- Ultimately, the duties of a SM are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have record of meeting the assigned targets
Initiating new ideas for training program / Retail sales developments / Individual Productivity / Channel development etc.
Execution and Management of large events like Exhibitions / Trade fares / seminars / dealer meets / Road shows etc.
Negotiating retail sales to meet the store Targets.
MBA / PGD in Marketing
Experience of marketing in retail market / Direct Sales / Distributor / Retail store management Luxury.
