Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as retail sales, product knowledge, customer service, and communication.
Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with customers
• Experience in retail sales is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of products to assist customers in finding the right product
• Excellent communication skills to engage and inform customers about products and services
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• A passion and interest in sales and customer service
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
