Retail Sales Territory Executive
Job Description:
• Key responsibilities include distribution and display of General Mills India products within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets for the territory through effective distributor management and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product availability: Ensure General Mills India products are sold to all relevant outlets in the assigned territory.
• Distribution management: Manage the distribution network, ensuring timely delivery of products to targeted outlets.
• Visibility and stock management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure product visibility at all serviced outlets.
• Claims and DSM management: Manage claims and outstanding items as per norms and provide training to DSMs on selling skills and product knowledge.
• Competitor analysis and reporting: Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
• Graduate or MBA with 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales.
