Job Description
Lifetree, a premium dry fruit brand, is seeking an experienced and motivated sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution channels, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Manage existing distribution channels, establish new ones, and ensure their alignment with company objectives
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate and close deals with key accounts and distributors
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to drive sales
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
• Attend trade shows and events to promote the brand and establish new relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in distribution channel sales, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and close deals with key accounts and distributors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
