Sales Person
About the Role:
Tirupati Udyog, a leading manufacturer of Pawan Edible Oil in the regional market, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our sales network, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for Pawan Edible Oil within a designated territory.
Identify and build strong relationships with potential and existing distributors and retailers.
Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of Pawan Edible Oil.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with distributors and retailers.
Ensure timely product delivery and address any customer concerns effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the assigned territory.
Prepare regular sales reports and participate in performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
