Job Description: Retail Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to museum visitors.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Create a positive shopping experience.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Understand the museum's merchandise, including historical artifacts, books, and cultural items.
- Share interesting facts about the products with customers.
3. Sales and Upselling:
- Promote sales by suggesting related items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
4. Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Arrange displays and ensure cleanliness.
5. Language Skills:
- Fluent in Hindi and English for effective communication.

- Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Marketing or related field.
- Passion for India's heritage culture.
- Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
- English & Hindi languages
