Job Description
The tasks an In-store Demonstrator is expected to perform include:
Identifying the buying requirement of customers
Explaining the offerings of the retail store
Demonstrating the functions and features of electronic equipment and appliances
Helping the customer in choosing the right model of an appliance
Completing the sales transaction
Knowledge of the company and its processes
Proficient with product sale documents and manuals
Well-versed with the basic electronics involved in appliance operation
Equipped with moderate communication skills in English and local language
Skilled in presenting different types of selling, promotional methods, market trends, and competitorsproducts
Knowledge of basic computer operation
Proficient in educating customers on safety and handling of products
Knowledge of different types of customers and the after sales support provided to them
Polite and courteous
Quick solution provider
Hardworking and persistent
Effective communication skills
Good selling skills
Good convincing power
Work from home option is not available
Part-time work and contractual jobs may be available
Local travelling is not a part of this job role.Need to handle a team of worker or helper
Working hours
Working hours are 10/12 hours every day for 6 days a week. This may vary from store to store
Shift system maybe applicable
