Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales and Promotion: Proactively engaging with customers to promote products or services.
Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the products or services being sold, staying updated with product information, pricing, and promotions
Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Operating cash registers, processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, or other payment methods, and providing correct change to customers.
Merchandising: Ensuring product displays are attractive, fully stocked, and well-organized, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and replenishing stock as needed
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Product Training: Participating in product training programs provided by the company or manufacturers to stay updated with product knowledge, features, and usage instructions.
Requirement:
Minimum - Higher Secondary College Education Complete (12th), freshers are welcome.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Smart personality.
Team leader quality.
