About the Role:
As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers in a prestigious, fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
• Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe environment for all.
• Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour, and criminal activity.
• Record observations, incidents, and surveillance activities in detailed reports.
• Collaborate with police and other security personnel to maintain high service standards.
• Handle confrontational situations calmly, sensitively, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a high standard of security service within the retail store.
• Minimise stock loss and enhance store safety.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid SIA licence
