Retail Security Officer (Fenwick) – 48 Hours Per Week
Are you a motivated and reliable security professional looking for a flexible role in Fenwick, Newcastle? We are seeking a Retail Security Officer with 2+ years of experience to cover days, nights, and weekends. This role requires flexibility, ensuring high standards of security and service.

Responsibilities:
• To provide security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required.
• Protecting the customer’s employees, property, and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements.
• Delivering the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. (NB: the prospective Security Officer must have acquired the full SIA licence before being able to start work on operational shifts).
• Display an outstanding level of customer service.
• Take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.
• Display the highest standard of personal presentation and smartness of uniform to maintain the image of Securitas and the customer.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
• Undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.
• Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.
