The Artist Tree is one of the leading operators of California ******** retail and lounge spaces. We have redefined the modern ******** experience through stunning design and unique experiences. We currently operate * ******** retail and 2 lounge locations throughout California and are opening additional locations in 2025. The Artist Tree was the first recreational ******** store to open in Fresno, West Hollywood, Oxnard, Riverside County, and Los Angeles (Phase 2). Each location functions as a hybrid between an art gallery and ******** boutique, featuring exhibits from local artists. The Artist Tree not only invests in our stores and team members, but also in local communities through frequent charitable campaigns and by hosting community events.

Position Summary
Responsible for curating the guest experience at the standards set forth by The Artist Tree. Staying linear with the policies and procedures, compliance and goals of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Cheerfully guide guests to meet their personal needs. Stay engaged and exceed their expectations time and time again
Help cultivate repeat customer base through brand loyalty program and data retention
Assist in resolving customer service complaints
Communicate with FOH manager and GM on any/all refunds and/or exchanges
Strong product knowledge and understanding
Effectively communicate the safe use of our products
Process all cash and charge transactions according to house procedures
Maintain a clean and organized store
Issue cash change orders as necessary to the team
Assist in counseling team members
Open and/or close the store as scheduled
Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
Experience/Knowledge/Education:
Previous two (2) or more years experience as a store supervisor/lead or above. Basic knowledge of state and local compliance laws preferred.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
Must be 21 or older. English speaking or bilingual. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Well versed in communicating effectively and concisely. Dependable. Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for long periods of time. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and carrying. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs. of bulk goods. Exposure to cleaning agents.
