Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Showroom Manager (Luxurious Brand Only ) in Mumbai. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive customer experience, driving sales, and managing the showroom.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated customer service and customer experience skills
• Strong sales background and ability to drive sales
• Experience managing showrooms or retail spaces
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and lead a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Prior experience in the furniture and lighting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
