• Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback
• Conduct the customer loyalty plans.
• Examine the market trends to improve the offline marketing activities.
• Execute the brand campaigns.
• Generate customer awareness.
• Implement activities to deliver a consistent customer experience
• Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer loyalty.
• Implement the brand communication plans
• Must have three years' experience as Brand Executive in Branded Showrooms
• Preferably from the branded footwear industry
• Good experience in customer care, business development, stock handling, daily sales report, MS-Office practical knowledge
• Pleasing personality with good command over English and Malayalam
• Salary plus good sales incentives

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
