Job Description :
The Retail Associate will be directly responsible for self-driving, increasing, and maintaining the overall sales performance, booking a same-day device repair appointment, selling device protection plans, and selling device accessories.
You will also be performing the device repairs. Device repairs include but are not limited to : cell phone, and tablet screen replacements.
Duties including customer check-ins, device repairs, store operations and housekeeping, device repair status updates, parts and inventory tracking, and client follow-up / communication.
In addition to driving sales and collecting online customer reviews you must be able to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
public transportation will not be sufficient due to the nature of this industry.
Hiring Requirements :
• Basic computer skills : usage and ability to multi-task and handle multi-window workflow; Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Time management and scheduling skills
• Physical skill requirements : Stand for long periods of time Hand / eye coordination and dexterity (for repairs) Lift 25 Lbs.
• Own reliable transportation / Valid Driver's License
• Professional appearance
• Pass Drug Screening / Pass Criminal Background check
Previous Work Experience :
• Retail sales experience : 1-3 years in a retail sales environment
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
