We have a network of Stores across Australia and are now seeking a Retail Store Assistant Manager based at our Pimpama (Gold Coast) Store.

What you'll be doing
Assisting the Store Manager to Manage and lead a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking and visual merchandising
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and develops the team
What we're looking for
Some experience as a 2IC or similar within the retail industry, or definite ability to step up to this level
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a sales-focused culture
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
About You:
It can be a hands-on technical role, so any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
You will need to be physically fit and able to lift and fit Car or Caravan batteries if required. A current Drivers License is also required.
