We are having urgent openings for the post of Store Assistant at Surat location. Details are mentioned below:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers immediately when they enter the store
• Building a strong relationship with customers and engaging the customers by advising the customers about our products, promotions, warranty & guarantee as per the policy of the company
• Shows urgency in providing service to customers and satisfying their needs
• Ensure that customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lens
• Responsible for Daily Stock tracking activities
• Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Ensure the store is clean and well maintained
Skills Required:
• Good Communication Skills
• Should be Target Oriented
• Knowledge of Essilor and Lenses
• Basic MS Office Knowledge
