Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers including their four-legged friends in a friendly and professional manner
Providing product information and recommendations to customers
Operating cash register with POS system accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
Receiving, stocking shelves and merchandising products as needed
Requirements:
Able to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Warm and welcoming personality
Passion for pets and people
Pays attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy sales floor
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
