Job Roles/Responsibilities
Interact with customers, be the face of TJT and generate sales for TJT offerings
Manage counter operations – Ticketing, payment processing, resolution of customer queries, if any, and feedback recording
Manage closely the kids and their play areas in the TJT centre during the allocated shift times for day-to-day operations
Ensure smooth conduct of activities with the kids and engage the kids with the play equipment in the play area
Ensure the Play Area and the Play Equipment are positioned and maintained as per the centre guidelines, and prevent damages
Ensure smooth handing over of centre activities towards the next shift on a daily basis for smooth functioning
Report significant incidents in the play area to the Store Manager for initiating preventive/corrective measures
Skill Requirements
1+ year of experience in handling retail centres across entertainment spaces such as malls, theatres, etc. or 1+ year of experience in handling pre-school kids in the education space
Should be comfortable in dealing with parents and, be adept at handling kids in the play areas and always ensure their safety
Decent communication skills – read, write and speak in English, Hindi and local language
A positive and an enthusiastic person, and one who can build relationships easily with Adult Strangers/Kids

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
