Role Description The Retail Store Expansion Executive role is a full-time on-site position with frequent travel , base location being Kolkata. As a Retail Store Expansion Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving our expansion plans throughout India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the development of the expansion strategy, including market research, site selection, lease negotiation, design, construction, recruiting Franchisees, and staffing for new retail stores. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field • Prior experience in retail store expansion in the fashion industry is preferred • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Familiarity with retail real estate trends and site selection criteria • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Highly motivated, with a result-oriented aggressive mindset • Experience in retail store business and operations.
