Pay Range: $20-$45 per hour (includes base pay + personal and store commissions)
As a Retail Store Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements:
• Prior management experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication abilities.
• Professional appearance is a must.
• Open to learning and development.
• Stable employment history.
• Physical demands: this role involves constant movement, talking, listening, reaching, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
The successful candidate will maintain a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and must be able to quickly adapt to the competitive landscape of retail sales.
