Due to internal promotion we are now seeking a Retail Store Manager based in our Rosny Park (Hobart) Store.
We are a proud Tasmanian Business with 4 physical locations currently in TAS, plus 5 more in Melbourne, and Stores also in NSW, QLD and WA. We are top-rated on Google and Trustpilot with over 5,000 customer reviews, so having the best products and customer service is extremely important to us.
This is a Full-Time Permanent role, with good progression opportunities. Many of our team have been promoted during their 10 - 15 year careers with the business.
About You:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business through your own initiatives.
You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus on sales performance and customer service.
It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.
Requirements:
Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
Physically fit and able to lift and fit car batteries if required.
Current Driving Licence.
