Designation: Retail Store Manager
Education: 10th/12th /Graduation
Experience: 2+ years' store management experience
Location: Navsari (Ruchi Harmony, Gandevi Rd, opp. Pantaloons, beside Vrundavan Society, Jamalpore, Navsari, Gujarat 3+6450)
Brief:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction. You will work to foster customer loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities:
1. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
2. Assess store employee's productivity and performance
3. Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
4. Oversee stock and store operations
Requirements:
1. Customer centric with a positive attitude
2. Ability to Drive strategic initiatives for store's productivity
3. Willingness to learn new technology, systems, process and effectively able to train the same to his/her team
4. Can analyse regional market trends and discover new marketing and sales growth strategies and provide input to management with suggested budget & plan for respective store, reviewing the impact after implementation.
5. Must have a proven track record in B2B
