We are seeking a passionate and experienced Automobile Store Manager to lead our automotive retail outlet at Sunanda Greentech Pvt. Ltd. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of dedicated automotive professionals. Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the automobile store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
Create and implement effective store policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive buying experience for every customer.
Train and coach sales staff to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of automotive sales professionals and support staff.
Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to foster professional growth.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee motivation.
Inventory Management: Work closely with suppliers to maintain a well-stocked inventory of automobiles, parts, and accessories.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Financial Management: Monitor store expenses and budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are controlled effectively.
Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and local events, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
