• 6-8 years (Post Qualification) in FMCG Retail Environment
• MBA / Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Candidate should have strong Sales & Operational experience in leading retail stores with sound capable of running mega format stores.
• Ensures coordination with sales department to implement & monitor allSales initiatives for the Organization.
• Strong analytical skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Driving license Holder (2Wheeler and 4 Wheeler).
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
