As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Store Managers to manage the stores operations of their No. 01 Supermarket Chain.
Job Description:
As a Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in the overall management and success of our retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management
• Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Implement and maintain efficient and effective processes to streamline daily operations.
Customer Service:
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all staff provide the same level of service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales trends and implement promotions and marketing strategies to boost sales.
Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock turnover, and ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and implement inventory control measures.
Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for both customers and staff.
Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supplychian / Logistics / Business Management or equivalent .
• Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 10 plus years expore.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of supermarket operations and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
