Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at The Jaipur Wala in Bengaluru. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, sales monitoring, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the home decor or related industry.
• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
• Customer-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
