Title:- Retail Sales Executive (Mini Store Mgt)
Working days Mon - Sat
Timings - 10.00 am to 6.30 pm/ 7pm (2nd and 4th Sat off and all Sunday off)
Min 2years – 5years
Kind of exp needed - Independently Manage showroom sales, customer, stores etc
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet Walk -in - Customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs along with basic front desk handling
· Recommend, select and help customers locate the right product
· Describe a product's features and benefits
· Demonstrate use and operation of the product
· Answer customer queries regarding the product on the shop floor.
· Provide information about price, warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of products and delivery options
· Upselling & Cross Selling
· Complete the billing formalities
· Obtaining and maintaining data of all walk-in customers
· Following up with leads and the customer visiting the store, through telephone and email, and closing the sale
· Courier of catalogues, brochures, offers, pricelists, etc. to customers as and when required
· Regularly sending emails and calling for service post the installation
Store Management:-
· Ensuring the store is kept clean and well organized
· Ordering any stock or consumables required for the store
· Ensuring all operations in the store – sampling, billing run smoothly
· Ensure all PAN India stores are well maintained by taking regular updates and photographs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad - 38005+, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
