Job Description
Roles:
• Assisting sales staff in selling goods to the customer, pushing sales to increase ticket size.
• Handling customer queries, feedback and complaints. Resolving customer grievances and disputes.
• Making necessary arrangements to see that each customer is made comfortable and is seated properly and attended to properly in the store.
• Motivating the sales staff to sell more.
• Identifying weak areas for each member of the sales staff and training them in those areas for better performance.
• Getting stock coming from HO or other branch counted and tallied by the senior front-desk executive and getting it arranged in the display racks at the earliest.
• Sending double sets or additional stock to HO.
• Preparing a list of stock requirements everyday and sending them to the management through Whatsapp.
• Maintaining Minimum Stock Level in each category.
• Attentiveness towards fast-selling categories and brands and give inputs for purchase planning to the management.
• Handling customer grievances and complaints.
• Answering customer queries in the store
• Resolving disputes between store staff and customers if any such situation may arise.
• Getting customer baggage collected at the entry point by the security staff.
• Getting pieces of exchange and return collected at the entry point itself and getting necessary slips made for the same through front-desk staff.
• Making the security staff punch customer entry in the counter everyday and giving out the figure to the computer operator staff every night.
• Checking whether the helper staff have finished all their work or not.
• Checking whether the sales staff have finished their merchandising (freshing) duties or not.
• Getting store window display changed every week.
• Getting display lights switched on every evening at appropriate timings according to the season. Getting them switched off every night before store-closing.
• Getting a sun-cover hung outside every afternoon during peak summer season.
• Maintaining appearance and ambience of the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Retail management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
• Gujrati (Preferred)
