Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management:

2. Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified individuals to build a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues promptly.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, replenishment, and stock rotation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the store's budget to achieve financial objectives.
- Monitor and control expenses, such as payroll, supplies, and operational costs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
6. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Implement loss prevention measures and handle any security or safety issues.
