Ashth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our jewelry store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while providing an exceptional customer experience. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, staff management, customer service, and achieving sales targets, ensuring that Ashth's standards of luxury and innovation are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
Sales Performance: Drive sales and maximize store profitability by analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales, and identifying growth opportunities.
Customer Experience: Ensure a premium shopping experience by maintaining high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and engagement with luxury clientele.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s visual standards by working closely with merchandising teams to ensure the luxury aesthetic is upheld.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and monitor supply chain processes, including orders and returns.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff; schedule shifts and oversee performance to ensure seamless store operations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized services and tailored recommendations.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular sales reports, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet sales objectives and customer demand.
Brand Representation: Act as the brand ambassador for Ashth, promoting its values, products, and vision to customers, partners, and the community.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in jewelry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of jewelry, diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
Experience in client relationship management and providing high-end customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during store events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on jewelry or high-end fashion.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
