Job: Retail Store Manager
About Asuka: Asuka is a premium ethnic and western menswear brand in Mumbai.
Location: Showroom No. 1, 2 and 3, Ground floor, The Designate by Shapoor ji, PALLONJI APARTMENT, Swami Vivekananda Rd, Willingdon, Santacruz West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400054
Min. Experience: 1-3 Year experience in retail sales management required
Job Responsibilities:
1. Driving customer service excellence to every aspect of hr store including appearance, display of merchandise, product placement and selling procedures
2. Ensuring targets and goals for sales are met by maximising sales
3. Management of inventory, reviewing performance of staff and controlling expenses
4. Hire, train, develop and supervise staff.
5. Provide training and performance evaluations to staff
6. Perform tasks to ensure smooth operation of all store processes and monitoring receipts and cash
Job Requirements:
1. Past work experience of leading staff in a retail management position
2. Familiarity with working with Microsoft Office softwares
3. Expertise in training, supervising and leading staff
4. Demonstrable track record of improving sales figures
5. Must possess strong leadership skills, and team handling experience
6. Candidate must be able to speak English fluently.
7. Must have a strong grasp of the local language
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
