We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion brand retail store. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a team, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, staffing, visual merchandising, and inventory management • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet sales targets • Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained at all times • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction • Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee development • Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations Requirements: • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in the fashion industry • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems • Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion merchandising, or related field (preferred) This is a full-time position with flexible hours and a competitive salary.
