The dedicated service centres located in each and every store ensure the brand's commitment to quality customer service. Role Description Just In Time is looking for a full-time Retail Store Manager for its Mumbai location. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer satisfaction, store management, retail loss prevention, and effectively managing the store team to ensure the best possible customer service experience. The ideal candidate is dynamic, goal-oriented, and has a passion for retail. Qualifications • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills • Excellent Communication skills • Store Management experience • Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices • Strong leadership abilities • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: • Experience leading and developing teams • Strong organizational abilities • Experience with inventory management and merchandising • Excellent decision-making skills
