Job Description:
• To communicate to the management about the customer request
• To maintain the mannequins and display.
• Convincing the customer to convert sales by guiding on product selection, closing conversation with the customers, Sale generation.
• The employees are dressed up professionally without anklets or flowers.
• cash counter to be maintained
• The feedback book and proper contact numbers emails ID of customer to be maintained
• stock management / arrangement physical and system records
• Follows the instructions given from the Head Office.
• Attendance, punctuality, body language, Willingness or commitment towards the work.
• Attention towards customers, presentable.
• Greeting the customer.
• cheerful and friendly approach towards customers
• Speaking skill, tone of voice
• Listening skills and product knowledge
• To improve the customer service and create walk in at the Kiosk.
• Mirrors and fazed glass to be maintained clean.
• Team should understand their responsibility during emergency.
• Communication, team work, hard work, positive attitude towards customer, confidence in handling the customer, work towards customer satisfaction.
• Work towards reach the targets, arranging the stock, analytic skill.
• Attendance, punctuality, body language, Willingness or commitment towards the work.
Should have 2-3 years of experience in retail operations.
