Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced store manager to look after a flagship PUMA Store Surat, Gujarat, India . The candidate will manage a team of 7-+ people in a 2000+ sq ft store. The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. He/she should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
• Provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPIs.
• Develop the team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards
• Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts.
• Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the store always meets or exceeds company's standards
• Maintain physical condition of store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner
• Create good working relationship with other managers within the company as well as the brand.
• Maintain the daily cash and card settlement as well as ensure timely reports according to company SOP.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Assigns duties to relevant employees

• Strong passion and understanding of fashion brands.
• 3 years of retail and retail management experience
• Experience in a customer focused and service-oriented retail environment with proven results driven track record
• Strong leadership and ability to exceed sales
• Ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates
• Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication
• Ability to present information to large groups
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, organizational and time management skills.
