About the role As a Supervisor, you’ll support the store management team to maximise sales, ensure smooth operations, and provide an exceptional in-store experience, all while creating a safe, enjoyable work environment for the team.
You’ll focus on nurturing a customer-first culture, sharing your product knowledge, ensuring workplace safety, and promoting a culture of commitment. You’ll also help build a motivated and high-performing team in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Who are we looking for? We’re seeking someone who loves retail and customer service, works well with the leadership team, has supervisory experience, values communication, and enjoys coaching and developing others.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Passionate about personal growth and team development
Skilled in coaching to maximise team performance
Team player who values collaboration
Strong communicator at all levels
Proficient in stock management and replenishment
Organised with a keen eye for detail
