Job Summary
This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Acknowledge clients' needs by providing a variety of services including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, and issuing/activation ATM cards.
• Resolve client problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring needs.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
Working Conditions
The qualified applicant will travel to support branches across Zions Bank and be reimbursed for mileage.
