Job Title: Systems Administrator (Manufacturing / MES Support)
Location: Los Angeles, California (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Service Management
• Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to:
• Windows access issues
• Storage alerts and system performance
• Citrix performance issues
• MES account creation
• End-user devices (laptops, Zebra printers/scanners)
• Network connectivity and shopfloor device troubleshooting
Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Manage and monitor enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, Dell EMC Avamar
• Ensure backup integrity and maintain disaster recovery readiness for MES systems
Infrastructure Management
• Maintain and optimize VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter
• Manage Cisco UCS hardware for high availability and scalability
Core Services Administration
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory (AD-DS)
• Manage GPOs, DNS, DHCP ensuring secure and compliant operations
Application Delivery
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment
• Ensure reliable delivery of applications to plant floor and remote users
MES Support
• Provide Tier 3/4 support for infrastructure issues impacting MES platforms
• Collaborate with application teams and external vendors
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as FDA and GxP
• Maintain detailed documentation (SOPs, DR plans, configurations)
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Systems Administration experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Hands-on experience supporting MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Emerson preferred)

We're looking for a Sr Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.
You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world-class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities will include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce control system designs for a variety of processes and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of the process control, instrumentation, and automation. Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or other related engineering or technical field
• At least 6 Years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control
• Demonstrated experience in mission critical control systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA systems, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Professional Engineering License (PE) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering.
• Extensive experience with Data Center control systems design, commissioning, and infrastructure components
• Experience preparing technical specifications, control narratives, and sequence of operations
• Served as discipline lead within a project team
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas
• Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and continuously advance technical proficiency
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Passion for critical facilities, infrastructure systems, and construction
• Experience mentoring Junior professionals and leading project teams
