Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Retail Team Lead - Fashion Brand to join our team in Brooklyn. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, fostering a positive shopping experience for our customers, and maintaining the brand's image and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Sales and Customer Service: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Foster a customer-centric environment by building relationships with customers and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations. Implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and loss prevention.
Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations software.
