About the role
You will be responsible for the training delivery for the regional office at Urban Ladder for Retail teams.
Role will include:
• To implement learning & development strategies across various levels of the team including Design Consultant, Sr Design Consultant, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
• Needs to handle the induction program, refresher training and any other training in the scope of the Retail domain.
• Work closely with the Head of Training at HO to design and deliver training programs in the regions around product, process and best in class customer service.
• Anchor sessions to align people to UL's value system, fostering culture of performance and customer centricity.
• Partner with HR at the HO to carry out activities on engagement and HR Operations.
• Prioritizing learning & development strategies to ensure alignment with short and long-term business objectives.
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
• Experience in Learning & Development; designing programs, delivering trainings and measuring the training effectiveness in a professional / classroom setting.
• Great attention to detail whilst being able to take a strategic view to delivering value.
• Strong coaching style, Good team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative approach to design and delivery of training programs along with problem-solving.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry practices in L&D.
• Excellent ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Proven ability in design and delivery of a range of management and skills training.
• Proven ability in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in building a strategic learning and development plan that aligns to business objectives using a variety of information sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Role involves traveling of up to 10%, including overnight
