Axxeluss Mavens seeks Freelance Trainers for the following roles under the Skill India Initiative.
• CSR Project - Apply only if you can Teach University/College Students
• Retail Training Program includes topics for Retail Store Manager and Retail Team Leader, Retail Departmental Manager, Retail Sales Supervisor
· Experience in Retail Sector must
· Start Date: 26 Sep 2026
· Total Training hours: 124 hours, per day 6 hours (approx. 21 working days)
· Commercials: Rs. 2000 per day for SS and RS. 2200 for Retail
· Location: Mumbai
Training Topics :
• Stock Levels and Inventory Budgets
• Price cover and Logistics policy
• SOP's
• Project management and performance management
• Customer retention strategies
• Visual merchandising guidelines and schemes
• Risk assessment
• Introduction to accounting and stock management
• Introduction to standard and legal labelling of products
• Stock rotation
• Billing procedures. Introduction to Sales Matrix.
• Relationship between Budgeting and Stock Management.
• Introduction to credit facilities and authorization procedures.
• Introduction to Security Management.
• Introduction to Labor Welfare Management.
• Introduction to Advance Retailing
• Introduction to FMCG Retail Sector
• Escalation Matrix
