6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
8. Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage.
