Role Overview: As a Retail Store Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming Ideas into immersive brand destinations. Collaborating with creative internal & external teams, you will drive the creation and execution of innovative store designs that captivate customers, enhance brand perception, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of designers in developing and executing cutting-edge retail store design concepts.
• Collaborate with external teams like Vendors and Artists to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Optimize store layouts, product placement, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee the development of detailed design documents, construction plans, and 3D renderings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in B.Arch./NID, Master's degree preferred.
• [1-5 ] years of experience in retail store design, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in design software (3D Max, SketchUp, etc.) and visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design visions to stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with an understanding of customer behavior and business objectives.
