Retail/Wholesale Parts Advisor
Waverley Chrysler is a proud, locally owned family business, and we have an immediate opening for a Retail/Wholesale Parts Advisor to join our energetic, fast-growing team!

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Provide expert assistance to walk-in Retail, Wholesale, and Internal Parts customers.
Communication: Manage inbound calls, provide accurate price quotes, and proactively communicate ETAs on parts arrivals to customers and the Sales Department.
Operational Support: Assist Mechanical/Express Lane counter personnel and diligently follow up on back-ordered parts.
Administrative Accuracy: Process payments, obtain credit authorizations, and maintain precise records of invoices, repair orders, and special orders.
Merchandising: Set up and update tire, accessory, and lifestyle displays throughout the dealership.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in lost-sales tracking with the Parts Manager and stay current with FCA training and product updates.
Professionalism: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–5 years of FCA (Stellantis) experience OR 3–7 years of Aftermarket/Accessory parts experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with DealerCONNECT, StarParts, and Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA-IGNITE) is a significant asset.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of parts identification, inventory control, and general business acumen.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful with excellent time management.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
